A cosy gas fireplace adds warmth and ambience during the cooler months, while air conditioning in the living area and main bedroom, together with ceiling fans ensure comfort in every season.
The home offers three generously sized bedrooms with built-in robes, along with stylish contemporary bathrooms including a private ensuite. Two TVs, including a smart TV, provide added convenience for relaxed nights in after days by the beach.

Upon entry, the lower level offers a calm and private retreat, where the spacious main bedroom is positioned for rest and relaxation. Parking
The home includes a garage, along with convenient off-street parking on the driveway, comfortably accommodating up to three vehicles.
Pets
We warmly welcome up to two pets as part of your stay at our home, recognizing that they are cherished members of your family. Please kindly keep pets restricted to outdoor areas unless prior approval to stay indoors is provided. Indoor approval is granted on a case-by-case basis to ensure the suitability of our home. Please also note that all pets are subject to an additional $59 pet fee once the reservation has been confirmed.
Special Property Information
Our home is designed to host groups aged 25 and above as well as family retreats with prior approval required for extra guests or visitors. If you are unsure whether your group is suitable for our home, please reach out prior to booking. Kindly note that the account holder must occupy the premises throughout the reservation.
We are delighted to offer complimentary Wi-Fi for your convenience during your stay. You’ll receive the password and all necessary access details upon check-in. While we strive to ensure a reliable service, please understand that we cannot guarantee 100% uptime for the Wi-Fi, and no compensation will be provided for any disruptions. If a stable internet connection is crucial for you, we recommend having a backup plan. Thank you for your understanding.
Please leave our home neat & tidy to avoid extra cleaning charges. Our cleaning fees increase by 1.5x for Sunday check-ins and 2.5x for public holidays. For bookings of two weeks, the cleaning fee doubles, and stays longer than two weeks require mandatory fortnightly cleaning, billed to the guest, with optional linen changes available to book.
