The beach is just 200 metres away via an easy, flat walk and Copacabana’s local shops are also within strolling distance – perfect for a morning coffee, bakery treats or last-minute essentials.

Enter through the foyer to find a media room on one side and a charming music and sitting area across from it – perfect for quiet moments, shared melodies or curling up with a good book.
Continue along the hallway to a convenient powder room and a generously sized bedroom before arriving at the open-plan hub of the home. Here, the kitchen, dining and entertainment spaces create a lively atmosphere that flows seamlessly onto the covered patio.
The combined laundry with shower nearby adds thoughtful convenience to your stay, offering direct access from the backyard for an easy place to freshen up before stepping back inside.
Upstairs, the fun carries on in the dedicated pool table zone, with bedrooms two, three and four conveniently sharing the main bathroom and separate WC to keep mornings effortless and stress-free.

On the ground level, a combined laundry bathroom offers a shower and sink, accompanied by an additional separate WC with vanity, making it easy to support larger groups with ease.

Step outside to a fully fenced, north-facing backyard that opens onto the calming backdrop of a peaceful bush reserve, with convenient gated access that makes the outdoors feel like an extension of your own space. It’s a private haven where kids and pets can run and play freely.
After a day outdoors, refresh under the outdoor shower before settling in for long afternoons that fade into balmy coastal evenings.
The wrap-around undercover patio sets the tone for sizzling barbecues on the Webber, relaxed alfresco meals and conversations that linger well into the night – all accompanied by the gentle rustle of nature.

Parking
Parking is made easy with a double lock-up garage with internal access, along with two additional off-street spaces available on the driveway.

Pets
We warmly welcome up to two pets as part of your stay at our home, recognizing that they are cherished members of your family. Please kindly keep pets restricted to outdoor areas unless prior approval to stay indoors is provided. Indoor approval is granted on a case-by-case basis to ensure the suitability of our home. Please also note that all pets are subject to an additional $59 pet fee once the reservation has been confirmed.

Special Property Information
A sofa bed is available in the master bedroom and can be made up as a double upon request. If you would like to use this during your stay, please contact our team with enough notice before your arrival so it can be set up and ready for you.

Our home is designed to host groups aged 25 and above as well as family retreats with prior approval required for extra guests or visitors. If you are unsure whether your group is suitable for our home, please reach out prior to booking. Kindly note that the account holder must occupy the premises throughout the reservation.

We are delighted to offer complimentary Wi-Fi for your convenience during your stay. You’ll receive the password and all necessary access details upon check-in. While we strive to ensure a reliable service, please understand that we cannot guarantee 100% uptime for the Wi-Fi, and no compensation will be provided for any disruptions. If a stable internet connection is crucial for you, we recommend having a backup plan. Thank you for your understanding.

Please leave our home neat & tidy to avoid extra cleaning charges. Our cleaning fees increase by 1.5x for Sunday check-ins and 2.5x for public holidays. For bookings of two weeks, the cleaning fee doubles, and stays longer than two weeks require mandatory fortnightly cleaning, billed to the guest, with optional linen changes available to book.
