Pets
We warmly welcome up to two pets as part of your stay at our home, recognising that they are cherished members of your family. Please note while the front area of the house is fully enclosed, providing a secure space for pets to play, the backyard is not fenced.
Please kindly keep pets restricted to outdoor areas unless prior approval to stay indoors is provided. Indoor approval is granted on a case-by-case basis to ensure the suitability of our home. Please also note that all pets are subject to an additional $59 pet fee once the reservation has been confirmed.

Special Property Information
Our home is designed to host groups aged 25 and above as well as family retreats with prior approval required for extra guests or visitors. If you are unsure whether your group is suitable for our home, please reach out prior to booking. Kindly note that the account holder must occupy the premises throughout the reservation. 

The downstairs living area includes a sofa bed that folds out to a double bed. If you’d like to use this option, please let our office know in advance so we can prepare it for your stay.

We’re pleased to offer complimentary Wi-Fi to enhance your experience. All access details, including the password, will be provided at check-in. While we aim to maintain a reliable service, please note that uninterrupted connectivity cannot be guaranteed, and no compensation will be offered for disruptions.
