As soon as you enter, you'll notice the inviting atmosphere, enhanced by the pool table in the garage, perfect for entertaining and unwinding with friends and family. Enjoy the cosy ambiance with a fireplace in the downstairs living area and stay cool and comfortable with air conditioning in both living areas, while the master bedroom and bedrooms 2 and 3 also feature ceiling fans. Bedroom 4 offers the convenience of air conditioning for added comfort. 
The beach, just steps from your door, invites you to start your day with a leisurely stroll and for those seeking adventure, Terrigal offers an array of activities to suit every taste, from surfing and snorkelling to hiking and whale watching—there's something for everyone to enjoy.

This charming home extends across two levels, offering multiple bright living zones and five spacious bedrooms. The entry level features a generously sized main bedroom with an ensuite, while two additional bathrooms are shared between the four bedrooms on the lower floor. After a day of exploration, relax in one of the inviting bedrooms, each meticulously designed for rest and relaxation.

The house features three contemporary bathrooms. On the main level, the primary bedroom includes an ensuite with a shower and vanity, accompanied by a separate WC for extra convenience. Downstairs, the second bedroom enjoys its ensuite with a bathtub, shower, vanity, and WC, while the remaining bedrooms share a combined bathroom and laundry area equipped with a shower, vanity, and WC.

The expansive living areas, both upstairs and downstairs, beckon you to relax amidst plush furnishings while panoramic windows showcase the breathtaking vistas. Downstairs, an additional living area boasts a cozy wood fireplace, enhancing the ambiance. Each living space is equipped with a smart TV for your entertainment needs.

In the heart of the home, the central fully equipped kitchen is appointed with a stainless gas cooktop, inviting aspiring chefs to create culinary delights using fresh local ingredients. Whether you prefer dining indoors at the elegant table or al fresco on the expansive deck, you can savour the sea breeze and soak in the sunshine while enjoying your meals.

Outdoors
The home offers a choice of large entertaining decks, each providing delightful water outlooks to enhance your relaxation experience. Additionally, generous sun-drenched gardens, framed by established trees, surround the property, creating a tranquil oasis where you can bask in the warmth of the sun and enjoy the beauty of nature. For those who enjoy outdoor cooking, a BBQ is available, perfect for hosting gatherings and enjoying delicious grilled meals amidst the picturesque surroundings. The property now also features a new outdoor spa, providing a luxurious spot to unwind and soak in the serene environment, making it the ultimate retreat for relaxation and leisure.

Parking
The property provides off-street parking space as well as a secure driveway to accommodate up to three vehicles. 

Pets
We warmly welcome up to two pets as part of your stay at our home, recognizing that they are cherished members of your family. Please kindly keep pets restricted to outdoor areas unless prior approval to stay indoors is provided. Indoor approval is granted on a case-by-case basis to ensure the suitability of our home. Please also note that all pets are subject to an additional $59 pet fee once the reservation has been confirmed.

Special Property Information
Our home is designed to host groups aged 25 and above as well as family retreats with prior approval required for extra guests or visitors. If you are unsure whether your group is suitable for our home, please reach out prior to booking. Kindly note that the account holder must occupy the premises throughout the reservation.
