Pets
We warmly welcome up to two pets as part of your stay at our home, recognizing that they are cherished members of your family. Please kindly keep pets restricted to outdoor areas unless prior approval to stay indoors is provided. Indoor approval is granted on a case-by-case basis to ensure the suitability of our home. Please also note that all pets are subject to an additional $59 pet fee once the reservation has been confirmed.
Special Property Information
Our home is designed to host groups aged 25 and above as well as family retreats with prior approval required for extra guests or visitors. If you are unsure whether your group is suitable for our home, please reach out prior to booking. Kindly note that the account holder must occupy the premises throughout the reservation.
There is a sofa bed in the downstairs living area which folds out to a double bed, if you would like to make use of the sofa bed, please contact our office. Please note, this area can only be accessed externally from the garden or driveway.
We are delighted to offer complimentary Wi-Fi for your convenience during your stay. You'll receive the password and all necessary access details upon check-in. Our family stayed at Family tides and had the most wonderful holiday. The house is spacious and stylishy decorated with everything you could want or need for a beach mini-break! A big open kitchen with modern appliances and a lovely lounge and lovely deck for meals. There are beautiful views of the hinterland and the gardens are gorgeous too. The beach is a short downhill stroll away. We had the best time and can’t wait to return! Highly recommended this top quality, comfortable property.
