The property offers convenient carport parking for two cars, ensuring that your vehicles are protected from the elements. Additionally, ample on-street parking is available for guests or additional vehicles.
The property's carport is equipped with an EV charger compatible with most EVs (TESLA EV Wall Charger 7.2kw – Gen 3 with Type 2 Plug) available free of charge.
It is important to note that the property features a steep driveway. However, rest assured that easy access to the house is facilitated by steps leading down from the driveway. These steps ensure a safe and comfortable transition from the parking area to the main entrance of the house.
