This spacious holiday haven features an open-plan design, seamlessly integrating the lounge, kitchen, and dining areas, all under the embrace of high raked ceilings.
Upstairs, three bedrooms with built-in storage and ceiling fans provide cosy and welcoming spaces for guests or family members, the two bathrooms and additional laundry with direct outside access are also on this floor. The fourth spacious bedroom with bathroom downstairs serves as a versatile rumpus room, making it ideal for larger groups or extended family gatherings.

Parking
Parking is available in the double garage – equipped with an EV charger compatible with most EVs – on the driveway and on-street.
While the driveway may be a bit steep, it's essential to remember that this aspect of the property's layout is designed to preserve the breathtaking views and the overall natural beauty of the surrounding valley. Please also note the driveway, is shared with another property located in front of this holiday home. To ensure a smooth and neighbourly experience for all, we kindly ask that guests refrain from blocking the access to the neighbouring property.

Pets
We warmly welcome up to two pets as part of your stay at our home, recognising that they are cherished members of your family. Please kindly keep pets restricted to outdoor areas unless prior approval to stay indoors is provided. Indoor approval is granted on a case-by-case basis to ensure the suitability of our home. Please also note that all pets are subject to an additional $59 pet fee once the reservation has been confirmed.

Special Property Information
Our home is designed to host groups aged 25 and above as well as family retreats with prior approval required for extra guests or visitors. If you are unsure whether your group is suitable for our home, please reach out prior to booking. Kindly note that the account holder must occupy the premises throughout the reservation.
