Immediately to your right, a comfortable living retreat with smart TV offers the ideal space to relax, while the home’s lower accommodations unfold down the corridor. Three well-proportioned bedrooms reside on this level – including BR 2 with its own exterior access, while bedrooms 3 and 4 enjoy direct access to the pool area – all serviced by a central full bathroom and a dedicated laundry room with convenient outdoor access. Beyond the hallway and third bedroom, step outside to a generous, covered deck stretching across the rear, perfect for shady outdoor gatherings.
Ascending the internal staircase brings you straight into the home’s impressive upper level, where an expansive open-plan living and dining area awaits. The chef’s kitchen flows seamlessly off the dining space, keeping the cook right at the heart of the action. Tucked privately to the side, the primary bedroom suite enjoys easy access to a full upper-level bathroom. Designed for effortless indoor-outdoor living, the top floor opens out on both sides, with a seamless flow to covered balconies ideal for alfresco entertaining. Parking
You’ll find convenient off-street parking available on the driveway, providing space for one vehicle, with additional on-street parking easily accessible right outside the property.

Pets
We warmly welcome up to two pets as part of your stay at our home, recognizing that they are cherished members of your family. Please kindly keep pets restricted to outdoor areas unless prior approval to stay indoors is provided. Indoor approval is granted on a case-by-case basis to ensure the suitability of our home. Please also note that all pets are subject to an additional $59 pet fee once the reservation has been confirmed.

Special Property Information
Our home is designed to host groups aged 25 and above as well as family retreats with prior approval required for extra guests or visitors. If you are unsure whether your group is suitable for our home, please reach out prior to booking. Kindly note that the account holder must occupy the premises throughout the reservation.

We are delighted to offer complimentary Wi-Fi for your convenience during your stay. You’ll receive the password and all necessary access details upon check-in. While we strive to ensure a reliable service, please understand that we cannot guarantee 100% uptime for the Wi-Fi, and no compensation will be provided for any disruptions. If a stable internet connection is crucial for you, we recommend having a backup plan. Thank you for your understanding.

Please leave our home neat & tidy to avoid extra cleaning charges. Our cleaning fees increase by 1.5x for Sunday check-ins and 2.5x for public holidays. For bookings of two weeks, the cleaning fee doubles, and stays longer than two weeks require mandatory fortnightly cleaning, billed to the guest, with optional linen changes available to book.
