Above the living spaces, the mezzanine’s game room with its pool table as the centrepiece offers panoramic views and a stage for sunrise yoga, sunset cocktails or peaceful reflection.

Configuration
The layout allows family and friends to gather while maintaining a sense of privacy and intimacy.
On the entry level, a sunken lounge, media area, kitchen, dining space and guest WC provide versatile living and entertaining zones.
Upstairs, the mezzanine serves as a quiet retreat and billiards room, while downstairs every bedroom and bathroom forms a serene sanctuary, designed to capture natural light and echo the gentle cadence of the waves.

The bathrooms are havens of tranquillity. The master suite features a double vanity, shower, and WC, while the main bathroom includes a sunken spa bath, double vanity and shower heads plus WC.
A separate WC with vanity on the entry level and an outdoor bathroom with shower and WC near the pool are thoughtfully positioned, inviting you to rinse off after a swim or a stroll along the beach.

Multiple living areas create spaces for both togetherness and retreat.
Curl up on the lounge with a glass of wine while the ocean whispers beyond the glass walls or gather in the TV lounge under soft, natural light that dances across the room.
From the mezzanine, the entire living space feels expansive yet intimate, with ocean panoramas unfolding at every turn.

The heart of the home is a chef’s haven, where a commercial-grade kitchen with granite and stainless-steel finishes, premium appliances and cleverly designed storage flows effortlessly into an adjoining dining area, complete with a generous table that comfortably seats all guests.
Imagine preparing breakfast as sunlight filters in or hosting a dinner where the waves provide the soundtrack and the sky paints a sunset masterpiece. Every meal becomes an experience of taste, beauty, and connection.

Outdoors
Step outside, and the magic unfolds.
Drift in the glass-enclosed pool as the sun warms your skin. Wander through lush, landscaped gardens or linger on expansive balconies with the perfect vantage for dolphin-spotting or stargazing. A built-in BBQ area turns gatherings into celebrations beneath the sky, accompanied by the soothing sound of the surf. Every corner of the outdoors invites you to pause, breathe and savour the essence of coastal living.

Parking
The lower-level garage doubles as a second entertainment area, complete with a ping pong table – perfect for pre-dinner drinks or casual play. The driveway accommodates two vehicles, with additional on-street parking available for guests.

Pets
We warmly welcome up to two pets as part of your stay at our home, recognizing that they are cherished members of your family. Please kindly keep pets restricted to outdoor areas unless prior approval to stay indoors is provided. Indoor approval is granted on a case-by-case basis to ensure the suitability of our home. Please also note that all pets are subject to an additional $59 pet fee once the reservation has been confirmed.

Special Property Information
Our home is designed to host groups aged 25 and above as well as family retreats with prior approval required for extra guests or visitors. If you are unsure whether your group is suitable for our home, please reach out prior to booking. Kindly note that the account holder must occupy the premises throughout the reservation.

We are delighted to offer complimentary Wi-Fi for your convenience during your stay. You’ll receive the password and all necessary access details upon check-in. While we strive to ensure a reliable service, please understand that we cannot guarantee 100% uptime for the Wi-Fi, and no compensation will be provided for any disruptions. If a stable internet connection is crucial for you, we recommend having a backup plan. Thank you for your understanding.

Please leave our home neat & tidy to avoid extra cleaning charges. Our cleaning fees increase by 1.5x for Sunday check-ins and 2.5x for public holidays. For bookings of two weeks, the cleaning fee doubles, and stays longer than two weeks require mandatory fortnightly cleaning, billed to the guest, with optional linen changes available to book.
