Located just minutes from Copacabana’s vibrant cafés, charming village, scenic walking trails, and pristine beach, this home comfortably sleeps 8 guests and offers the ideal setting for a memorable getaway.

This contemporary two-story home, meticulously reinvented, exudes coastal charm with high-end finishes throughout. The open-plan interiors seamlessly connect with the flawless outdoor entertaining spaces, making it the perfect retreat for those seeking both luxury and tranquillity. Comfort is assured with reverse cycle air conditioning in the living areas and bedrooms, complemented by ceiling fans in all bedrooms. For your entertainment, two smart TVs are provided, and for beach outings, enjoy the use of boogie boards, beach chairs, and a sun umbrella—everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Configuration 
This two-story home offers a thoughtful layout with bedrooms 3 and 4 on the entry level, along with separate laundry facilities. The first floor features an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, as well as the master bedroom and bedroom 2. Each floor is equipped with a farmhouse-style bathroom, providing both convenience and style.

The expansive rear deck off the main living area is bathed in sunlight from its north-facing position, making it an inviting spot for morning coffee or afternoon lounging. Downstairs, the fenced level lawn creates a secure and open area where children can play freely and pets can roam, all while you unwind nearby. Imagine hosting a leisurely barbecue on the covered alfresco deck, connected to the second living area or fourth bedroom, where laughter and conversation flow effortlessly as the day turns to evening. These outdoor spaces provide the perfect backdrop for creating cherished memories during your stay.

Parking
Parking at the property is convenient and hassle-free, with off-street parking available right on the driveway, offering a dedicated space for one vehicle. While the garage is not available for guest use, the ample driveway ensures easy access and secure parking throughout your stay, allowing you to come and go with ease as you explore the beautiful surroundings of Copacabana.

Pets
We warmly welcome up to two pets as part of your stay at our home, recognising that they are cherished members of your family. Please kindly keep pets restricted to outdoor areas unless prior approval to stay indoors is provided. Indoor approval is granted on a case-by-case basis to ensure the suitability of our home. Please also note that all pets are subject to an additional $59 pet fee once the reservation has been confirmed.

Special Property Information
Please note: There is an active construction site on a neighbouring property, so some daytime noise may be audible during standard working hours. Pricing has been adjusted accordingly, and we are unable to offer additional compensation for construction-related noise.

Our home is designed to host groups aged 25 and above as well as family retreats with prior approval required for extra guests or visitors. If you are unsure whether your group is suitable for our home, please reach out prior to booking. Kindly note that the account holder must occupy the premises throughout the reservation. 

We are delighted to offer complimentary Wi-Fi for your convenience during your stay. You’ll receive the password and all necessary access details upon check-in. While we strive to ensure reliable service, please understand that we cannot guarantee 100% uptime for the Wi-Fi, and no compensation will be provided for any disruptions. If a stable internet connection is crucial for you, we recommend having a backup plan. Thank you for your understanding.

Please leave our home neat & tidy to avoid extra cleaning charges. Our cleaning fees increase by 1.5x for Sunday check-ins and 2.5x for public holidays. For bookings of two weeks, the cleaning fee doubles, and stays longer than two weeks require mandatory fortnightly cleaning, billed to the guest, with optional linen changes available to book.

  • Beautiful location. Unique property having views from both front and back of house. The house was pristine and was beautifully decorated. Hope to be back

  • The place is absolutely unreal, the fact you can see sunrise and sunset from the property and the high end finish throughout just makes for a luxurious stay, the place is kitted out with all you could possible need even just the body boards and cool cabana was such a nice touch. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area!
