With two cosy bedrooms (BR2 with ceiling fan) a bathroom and spacious air-conditioned open-plan living area boasting high vaulted ceilings “Sea & Easy” is the perfect retreat for families to relax and unwind!  You can catch up on your favourite Netflix shows on the Android TV with Chromecast and Airplay, ensuring you never miss a moment of entertainment, challenge your family to a game of pole tennis or relax on the front and rear entertaining decks while savouring a delicious BBQ.

The property features a spacious open plan main room with a modern kitchen, comfortable sitting and dining area, and access to both the front and back decks. It also includes two bedrooms (BR2 with ceiling fan), a fully equipped bathroom, and an external laundry accessible from the back deck.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay and includes all the necessary utensils and cookware. The dining area is also located in the open plan main room, providing the perfect space to relax and unwind with your family and friends.

Special Property Information
Our home is designed to host groups aged 25 and above as well as family retreats with prior approval required for extra guests or visitors. If you are unsure whether your group is suitable for our home, please reach out prior to booking. Kindly note that the account holder must occupy the premises throughout the reservation. 

The entry is on a slope and has stairs up to the front door so will need to be a consideration for those who have limited accessibility.

We are delighted to offer complimentary Wi-Fi for your convenience during your stay. You’ll receive the password and all necessary access details upon check-in. While we strive to ensure reliable service, please understand that we cannot guarantee 100% uptime for the Wi-Fi, and no compensation will be provided for any disruptions. If a stable internet connection is crucial for you, we recommend having a backup plan. Thank you for your understanding.

Please leave our home neat & tidy to avoid extra cleaning charges. Our cleaning fees increase by 1.5x for Sunday check-ins and 2.5x for public holidays. For bookings of two weeks, the cleaning fee doubles, and stays longer than two weeks require mandatory fortnightly cleaning, billed to the guest, with optional linen changes available to book.

  • The house and location were great. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing few days. It was so lovely sitting on the front balcony in the sun with the water view – you can even hear the waves! It was only a short walk to the beach and shops which was great.

  • The place is fantastic. Well appointed with stunning views and excellent proximity to Copacabana shops and cafes, this place has everything you need for a relaxing break away. Copa Prop Mgmt were a delight to deal with. One of the best places we’ve stayed at and we can’t wait to visit again.

  • We had a great stay at this place! The ocean view is amazing, it is absolutely clean and we had everything we needed. We had a little problem with the plug in the bath tub but the team took care of it in a second, great service 🙂 we would definitely stay here again.
