The spacious open-plan lounge and dining areas are air-conditioned and feature polished floorboards that flow out onto a sun-drenched North-East facing fully covered veranda, creating a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living.
For your entertainment, the master bedroom and living area both feature smart TVs, and additional Foxtel is provided free of charge so that you can keep up with all your favourite shows.

Upon arrival, guests will find themselves in a spacious open plan living, dining, and kitchen area that effortlessly flows onto a stunning covered deck. Towards the back of the house, four comfortable bedrooms await, providing ample space for a peaceful night’s rest. The master bedroom features an ensuite while the second, third and fourth bedroom share the second bathroom and separate WC.

You’ll love spending time in the fully equipped kitchen with everything guests need to prepare and enjoy delicious meals and fitted with a bi-folding servery to the entertainment deck!
The dining area features a large table with seating for up to eight guests, making it perfect for a family meal or a gathering of friends.
Outdoors
Enjoy a BBQ on the expansive entertainment deck or simply relax and unwind in the private, newly renovated backyard while the kids run around. Take advantage of our convenient outdoor shower to rinse off after spending the day at the beach.
Parking
The property provides convenient parking options for guests, including a single garage and ample space for up to two smaller cars on the driveway, in addition to street parking availability.
Pets
We warmly welcome up to two pets as part of your stay at our home, recognizing that they are cherished members of your family. Please kindly keep pets restricted to outdoor areas unless prior approval to stay indoors is provided. Indoor approval is granted on a case-by-case basis to ensure the suitability of our home. Please also note that all pets are subject to an additional $59 pet fee once the reservation has been confirmed.
Special Property Information
Our home is designed to host groups aged 25 and above as well as family retreats with prior approval required for extra guests or visitors. If you are unsure whether your group is suitable for our home, please reach out prior to booking. Kindly note that the account holder must occupy the premises throughout the reservation.
We are delighted to offer complimentary Wi-Fi for your convenience during your stay. You’ll receive the password and all necessary access details upon check-in. While we strive to ensure reliable service, please understand that we cannot guarantee 100% uptime for the Wi-Fi, and no compensation will be provided for any disruptions. If a stable internet connection is crucial for you, we recommend having a backup plan. Thank you for your understanding.
Please leave our home neat & tidy to avoid extra cleaning charges. Our cleaning fees increase by 1.5x for Sunday check-ins and 2.5x for public holidays. For bookings of two weeks, the cleaning fee doubles, and stays longer than two weeks require mandatory fortnightly cleaning, billed to the guest, with optional linen changes available to book.

We had a great stay, really convenient location, can walk to the beach and shops. Great for kids, the house has everything you need, a real home away from home. Already looking forward to a return visit.

A very spacious and clean place within walking distance to both the beach and the lake. Really grateful for Jess’s help as we suddenly needed to check out earlier than intended and she was very helpful throughout the entire process.

Excellent space. Used for a work function with 9 attendees. Ample space in the living area to accomodate this amount. Situated nicely near the beach and a cafe!
